Recently we have made some more improvements to the mail
server. This includes adding more ram to allow it to
process email more efficently. We have also added
some filters for reducing the amount of unsolicited bulk
email (also known as spam) individuals are receiving.
While this will not stop all spam, you should see that it
has lowered the amount you had been receiving.
Unfornately, there is the possibility that it may effect
mail that is not spam, and we do deal with this on a case
by case basis. If you are not receiving mail, that
someone has send you, have them carefully read the response
they receive back it explains how to resolve this issue.
One of the things that they most likely will have to
do is contact their ISP to help get ths issue resolved.
They may also send or forward an email to
net_one_com@yahoo.com and
hostmaster@netonecom.net . Please use both to
assist us in tracking down the problem.
