| The Happy 99 virus is an
unfortunate worm that spreads via e-mail
attachments. To clear up a misconception, viruses can
not be spread by email messages. They
can however can be spread using files that are attached to email called attachments. This particular virus
attaches itself as an attachment to all of your
outgoing emails. When the person recieves the mail, opens
it, and runs the attachment they are infected to and it
continues to spread. To fix this worm download
this fix and run it. It
will clean out the worm and tell you who it sent
itself to. You should then send them the fix also. |
