• Site upgrades coming very soon:
  Grand Haven.  UPDATE 8-20-99:  At the present time, we hare having difficulty scheduling a supervised cut-over in Grand Haven (having the current phone numbers point towards the new phone numbers without loss of service).  We are working with the phone company to resolve this issue.  Our apologies for the delay this has caused.   UPDATE 8-26-99:  Grand Haven is finally done.  Please be sure and set your modem to dial 844-6019.

• Sites scheduled for upgrade to 56K during the summer:  Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids

• Traverse City was upgraded on July 15th, the new number is: 947-6729.   To change the phone number go to "My Computer" then "Dial Up Networking".  Find the icon that says NetOne, click on it once and go to "File" then "Properties".  You may modify the phone number there.  If you have problems with the new site please contact technical support at (231) 734-2917.

We are still working on a solution for the McBain/Marion 56K upgrade.  UPDATE 8-27-99:  We have submitted a proposal to Ameritech for 56K service in McBain are are anxiously awaiting their determination in the matter.
